CRUEL GAMER POLICY
Rules
Effective with Cruel Gamer 3.0. This operational policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the operator’s location and audience before public launch.
Respect people
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, encourage self-harm, expose private information, organize abuse, or target someone across rooms, forums, messages, or connected services. Competitive banter is not permission to dehumanize people.
Keep the community genuine
No spam, scams, credential harvesting, impersonation, ban evasion, coordinated manipulation, malware, deceptive links, automated account creation, or artificial reactions and activity. Disclose conflicts when promoting a product, channel, guild, or community.
Share lawful, appropriate content
Do not upload or link illegal material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic threats, infringing material, cheats or tools intended to harm others, or content you do not have the right to distribute.
Use rooms and messages responsibly
Follow forum and room topics, access controls, and owner rules that do not conflict with site policy. Membership-only content stays within its authorized audience. Direct messages, reports, raids, clips, and creator links may not be used to evade moderation or pressure another member.
Report with context
Every report requires a reason. Report only conduct you reasonably believe needs review, do not retaliate against reporters, and do not knowingly submit false or repetitive reports. Staff can see the reporter for case handling; ordinary members cannot.
Warnings, restrictions, and appeals
Configured warning categories add disclosed points and may trigger time-limited restrictions. Site staff actions are audited. Affected members can review eligible actions and appeal through Safety and appeals. Room moderators cannot issue site warnings or delete site records unless an explicit site permission allows it.
